Reusable Laced Coffee Sleeve

Items needed:

1 skein of worsted weight, natural fiber yarn (cotton or wool would be ideal)

5.0 mm crochet hook

Ribbon or a crochet chain for lacing

Chain 28.

Row 1: Single Crochet (SC) in second chain from hook, and in each stitch to end. Turn.

Rows 2-7: Chain three, then Double Crochet (DC) from second stitch to end. Turn.

Finishing- chain four, skip a stitch and slip stitch through the next stitch. For example, in the first stitch, you would chain four, skip the second stitch, and slip stitch in the third stitch. Repeat this all the way around the sleeve, then fasten off and weave in ends.
